All rights to the artwork, including any mock-ups and prints, remain solely with the artist. This allows me to create and distribute prints, calendars, and other items featuring the artwork. For portraits commissioned by clients, I may showcase the finished work on my website and social media platforms. If you would like your commissioned portrait to remain private, please notify me before I start working on it. The client is prohibited from selling, reproducing, or distributing the artwork in any manner without obtaining explicit permission from the artist.

To secure your commission and begin the artwork, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required upon booking. After the artwork is completed to your satisfaction, the remaining balance, including any postage and packaging fees, must be paid in full. Once payment is received, the artwork will be shipped to the address you provide.

You are not required to pay the full amount until you are completely satisfied with the final result. If you wish to cancel your commission before I begin your portrait, you are free to do so at any time without owing any additional balance, however, I will retain the deposit.

If you wish to cancel after I begin the portrait, 50% of the remaining balance will need to be paid to cover the time spent and potential loss of business.

I will offer an estimated start date for your artwork and an approximate delivery date. However, please understand that these are projections, not firm commitments. Although I strive to meet your deadlines, unforeseen factors, such as postal service delays, may impact the delivery schedule. I will ensure that you are promptly informed of any adjustments to the anticipated delivery time.

All orders are shipped securely with a tracking number to the address you provide.

Although I take great care to ensure that portraits are securely packaged, damage during transit is rare but possible. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with a photo of the damage. Depending on the severity, you may need to return the artwork, and I will create a replacement portrait at no additional charge. However, please note that the new portrait will be added to my client waiting list, so completion may take some time. If the portrait is damaged after it has been in your care, and you did not contact me immediately upon receipt, I will not be able to provide a replacement at no additional cost.

As each commission is unique, the prices listed on the website serve only as a general guide. Once I have a clear understanding of your specific requirements, I can provide a more accurate quote. This quote will be valid for 30 days. However, if the scope of the project changes or you alter any aspect of the brief, the quote may need to be revised. I will always inform you if any changes you request will affect the overall cost of the commission.

Your personal information will never be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties by the artist.

Import duties may apply in certain countries, and payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the client.
